We currently deliver to addresses in England only.
Free Delivery
Delivery is FREE on all orders, with no minimum spend required.
Dispatch & Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Tracking Your Order
Where tracking is available, your tracking details will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Delays
While we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including courier delays or periods of high demand.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. Shopping Therapy cannot guarantee delivery where incorrect or incomplete address information has been provided.
